How does per-seat pricing work for the Sales App?

Each sales rep invitation counts as one seat. You choose your plan tier (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise) and the price is multiplied by the number of reps you invite. You can add or remove reps at any time. Example: Growth at AUD $79/seat × 4 reps = AUD $316/month.

How does pricing work for the Wholesale Storefront?

The Wholesale Storefront is a flat subscription — one price for your whole business, not per buyer. Your tier determines how many buyer accounts can be active on your portal: Starter covers up to 500 buyers, Growth up to 2,000, and Enterprise up to 10,000. There is no per-buyer charge.

What's the difference between the Sales App and the Wholesale Storefront?

The Sales App is for your internal field reps — they use it on their phones to take orders at customer visits. The Wholesale Storefront is a branded online portal for your B2B customers to log in and order themselves, 24/7. The Bundle gives you both.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 17% compared to monthly (2 months free) and includes free white-glove onboarding — our team sets up your account from scratch so you're live within a week. Monthly billing is available for flexibility; onboarding can be added separately.

Xero and InvoiceNinja integrations are included on Growth and Enterprise plans. Starter plans do not include accounting integrations.
